Hey Homies! YFH here, Just wanted to talk to you guys about what I’ve been up to lately. I’m really enjoying DJ’ing, really happy I’ve expanded into other fields of music to help myself reach a wider audience. So far It’s been a pleasurable experience. I mean, right away I have the opportunity to DJ for the biggest weekly running party in my hometown of Portland, ME. Party Rock Friday’s have been amazing. So here’s a thank you to 207 Nightlife for giving me the opportunity! I’m also getting to DJ the grand opening of Pearl-Lounge‘s new “Ladies Night” this should be really fun, I’ve always loved the HUGE disco ball at Pearl! Another DJ’ing opportunity has come my way, as I have been offered the Resident DJ spot at The New Venue for the brand new Chem-Free GLO OUT! Now DJ’ing aside, I’ve been preparing some new original material. I’ve been working really closely with a producer out of Canada. Things are going extremely well so far. I know I haven’t released a project sense last April, when I dropped my solo-debut mixtape, HOMIEROCK #flipshadesandnikes. I really want to take my time with these new songs, have them 100% original and MINE. So I’m taking my time with project, with plans to release a new single/music video this summer!
